How do service vouchers work?
One hour of cleaning or ironing is paid for with one service voucher.
Rates depend on the region and may change. Please consult the official information provided by the Brussels-Capital Region, the Flemish Region and the Walloon Region.
Step 1: Register
Register free of charge with the service voucher system of the region where your main residence is located: Brussels, Flanders or Wallonia.
Step 2: Receive your user number
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a personal user number. You need this number to order service vouchers and manage your services.
Step 3: Contact Zita Cleaning
Zita Cleaning will look for a suitable domestic cleaner for you. We recommend waiting for our confirmation before ordering a large number of service vouchers.
Step 4: Order your service vouchers
You can order electronic service vouchers through your region's online platform or app, through certain banking apps, or by bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, use your personal user number as the structured payment reference. We recommend ordering only the number of service vouchers you expect to use in the near future.
Step 5: Confirm the services
After each visit, your domestic cleaner or Zita Cleaning records the hours worked. You will then receive a request to confirm the service online or, if necessary, dispute it. Once you have confirmed the service, the required electronic service vouchers are automatically deducted from your electronic wallet.
